Good day guys!
I was walking around our house before going to work, and I was able to take a photo of this peony. I thought to myself that this pandemic is a big challenge for us, but we should always be optimistic no matter what. It's also nice to count the blessings that we have no matter how small they are, like waking up everyday, spending time with our loved ones and being able to eat. Let us make use of this time that we have to become closer with our families and to help the people who are being affected by this pandemic.
Our city is under Enhanced Community Quarantine, wherein there are checkpoints when entering the city which are manned by the police. Our City is divided into districts and they made a schedule when each district can go out. I actually work at a Hospital so I usually show my ID and they let me go through these checkpoints. Here's a photo that I took after parking the car and walking to the hospital.
After our duty, I usually bring some of my colleagues home because there are no means of transportation going back to their place. When my colleague had to get his laundry before going to his place, I noticed this store and it's sign that says "LIQOUR BAN" it kinda made my day seeing that, but I really appreciate that the owners of the store are following the law because I heard some stores are still selling Liquor.
I came home and saw these 2 kittens. It was kinda difficult to go near them and take photos because they would hiss and ran away.
I remember that this kitten was gonna leave and suddenly it settled down.
The sibling who ran decided to join the photo shoot. They actually have a sister, who my brother decided to keep indoors.
Let me share you my routine as soon as I get home. I bring all my clothes to the wash, leave my shoes outside, go straight to the bathroom and take a bath just to disinfect. The most difficult part working in a hospital is that you won't know if your patient is just asymptomatic. My greatest fear is that I don't want to be bringing the virus to my family.
Before I end this post, here's a photo of the sister of the kittens. When my brother adopted her, he really thought that she was a boy. He even gave her name as Yoda. It's our first time to have a cat in the house. I just love petting her because of her very soft fur.
Thanks for reading!
