There was a strange kind of natural spring on the site of the existing public health scheme in the market of our village Jolgram. Historically, its significance was due to the fact that people attributed Bihar to a great elder, Akhund Pandu Baba. There is authentic and reliable evidence of the connection of this natural spring with the name of Baba. An indisputable proof is that this spring was located in the property of this elder (Sri). There were many more sermons of this elder in which a brother is still remembered by his name.
His two nephews Moinuddin and Ashrafuddin were killed by looters in Dargai while leaving India. However, he loved his area immensely and he was bringing moonlight pipes from there for every cell of Dheri Jolgram. People used to describe this barbarism and cruelty in Pashto tapas, one of which was very popular at that time.
