Hello beautiful people! Hope all is well. Today' s cooking is green leaves, jute leaves with dried moringa leaves. As we all know, that green leaves are full of nutrients , vitamins and fiber, and by consuming this green leafy veggies aids to cure or prevent cholesterols , high blood pressure , and some sort of digestive problems, not only that but, this two combination of green leafy veggie is very helpful during pregnancy.
Ingredients:
Jute leaves 1 bunch
Dried moringa sprinkle
Onion 1 med.
Garlic 3pcs.
Coriander seeds
Lemon squeeze
Green/ red chili
Fresh turmeric 1inch ( grated)
Procedure:
● Prepare all necessary ingredients.
● Blanch jute leaves for 1 minute, drained and emmerse to cold water.
● Puree jute leaves adding a little bit of water.
● heat oil in a pan. Add in coriander seeds. Saute for few seconds .
● Add in onion. Saute till translucent .
● Add in chili, continue to saute.
● Add in turmeric, garlic, continue to saute.
● Add in puree jute leaves. Stir.
● Add in salt.
● Add squeeze lemon. Simmer for few minutes.
● Sprinkle dried moringa leaves.
Readh to eat, serve with rice.🌿
