Hello hivers, an happy Tuesday to you all! I hope your week started in the best way!
During the past week, anfter the dinner and sitting on our comfortable sofa, me and my hubby watched the thriller tv series "The Chestnut Man" on Netflix. I like to watch the thriller or crime tv series and I can say this one was really interesting. You can read more about it here.
Since I watched I watched it I have in my mind the little figures made using the fruits of the Aesculus hippocastanum! I know well this kind of fruits cause there were a lot of Aesculus hippocastanum in the square of the village where I was born. They are not edible and here in Italy we call them "crazy chestnut". When I was a child we use to play with them, but we never made figures or little dolls.
Yesterday I went to visit my father (it's not in good health during these days and I hope he will be ok soon) and so I collected some crazy chestnust to make a figure by myself. In the meantime, I took some pics of the fruits to share with you:
When I'll make a figure using them, I'll share with you!
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
