Hello Guys/Gals Today I Show You My WorkFlow of How I do my 3d models !
as i told you guys in my welcome post , I'm 3d artist so I'm able to make some 3d asset and sell them as 3d in different webistes , wich they can be used for game /animation/film industry !
Today I show you how 3d artist (Modeler artist ) does that job ! Lets beginnn : )
First I do Gather refrences and I watch movie that are related to my subject ! in this case I watched warcraft III , I enjoyed The movie alot but I tried mostly to focus on watching the Body Armors, that i'm more intested in : and i captured some of them as refrence you can see a few of them bellow :
Then base on my observation I start To draw from my own imagination and I try to not copy from anything i just use my mind to generate new body armors which today I'm gonna share one of them that i converted into 3d , For today I selected this one to show and break it up :
after I'm make sure this one is the body armor that i'm gonna work on for the next few days or next few hours ( time is depends on the amount of datail that i'm gona work on.. )
Then I go to one of my Favoriout 3d application which mine is zbrush and start modeling that :
And For The Final REsult :
As you can see , through the process I have Changed some parts also I Tried to make the 3d version a bit better than the drawing that i have done on the paper
then i can call it 3d model ready to be texturing proccess (texturing is the process of coloring them and make them some skin ..)
so This was my process of how to go From an Idea to a final 3d model , who can be used in any game/movie or animation .... the other studio process is the same for every one , the workflow maybe be vary from person the person but the proceess is the same !
