Ehemm! Ehemm!!!
My username Straykat is very simple and actually VERY common for people whose name has "kat" in it. Pretending that we don't know anything about it, this originates from the words, "stray cat". The letter 'c' is then replaced with 'k', then the two words are squeezed together because usernames don't accept spaces. (Besides, it looked more cute that way. Lol.)
Well, before having the idea of having this username, I had a long French-inspired username I used on the previous blogging sites I've been. Katsanslimites. This was created before my soul was dominated by Japanese culture because this will surely be Japanese inspired! I used this username for a couple of years until one day, I realized that it was too long and people are probably having difficulty remembering or typing it when they tag me. I want something short but stilll has my name on it, and that's how Straykat began.
The Straykat username has been already taken on popular social media platforms (but I didn't need that), so I felt lucky that I was able to acquire this username here. Aside from having my name on Straykat, I think the username suits me well. Just like a stray cat, I am lost in this world wide web universe, going here and there with no permanent place. A stray in the digital jungle whose dream is to find her tribe and finally call that place her home.
