Hello I'm Svetlana. I live in one of the coldest places on the planet, in Russia. Today I will show you a long time tradition in my city Khabarovsk, installation of the ice figures on the city square - Amur Chrystal Festival. Because it's minus 40 degrees outside, ice sculptures won't melt and will stay until the end of the winter. This happens every year before Russian Christmas and a Happy New Year. I wanted to film more, but the battery on my smartphone got frozen on that extreme cold -40 F, and turned off several times. Even I got frozen too and had to hide in my car between filming. Next time I will try my best to show you this magical ice show at night, when it will be installed and lightened up with the Christmas lights!
