One day all the Russian bloggers woke up and were told that there would be no more monetization. There are a lot of bloggers in Russia and a very developed blogging industry. I even know and have heard that bloggers in Russia get a lot more views than bloggers in English-speaking countries. Probably Russians are much more interested in YouTube and like to watch videos on YouTube, it may seem that this is the case everywhere, all over the world people are very fond of watching YouTube, but this is not so. In Russia, it seems to me that they like to watch YouTube very much, unlike many other countries. Be that as it may, Russian bloggers will no longer be able to monetize. Today I will tell you about it
You can see video:
Hello! :) it's been a while since my last video. But i wanted to film some video for you
honestly i am a little out of the habit of filming and maybe my English even got worst lately,
because of the lack of practice. :) But, maybe i am wrong.
my English already was not perfect, so it's you to
judge my English, as it's your native language :) I am speaking English, because i want to communicate
with you. By the way, i'm curious, for how many of your English is a native language?
Because, it's funny, that if for some of you English is not native, and for me as well, it's not native
and then, probably, you don't understand some of the words that i say, and i even barely can speak,
but we still are trying to understand each other. :) Well i digress from the topic a bit
i wanted to tell you today about Youtube
Or better to say about monetization. Well, i don't know
if you have heard about it, but in Russia monetization was terminals off.
For Russian bloggers, monetization was very very important. Well, about the details: monetization
still can be there for Russian bloggers, only if you create videos in other languages.
It means not for Russian audience. I don't exactly understand. How it can work, because i'm only
starting to learn all about it. I don't know on which stage sanctions are right now. Not sure,
whether advertisers are not able to order advertising in Russian language, or the advertising
does not shown in videos of those bloggers, who speaks Russian. Or weather it's some how connected
to the territory of Russia, and not connected to those who speak Russian? So, i don't know exactly
how does it work, but i know for sure, how bad it affects all Russian bloggers. And in addition the
terms to get monetization, are already hard by itself. 4 thousands hours of views, and 1000
subscribers - such a difficult obstacle. Even by itself it was hard already, only a small percent
of bloggers have reached that level. And before, this was the same term for every country
on the globe, so it was pretty much similar chances. And now, for those who live in Russia,
or Russians, or those who speak Russian, all of them, have no opportunity to get monetization.
I've seen bloggers, who were not Russians, like one blogger from US,
if i'm not mistaken, he lives in California. That blogger speaks Russian and was filming videos
for Russian audience. Probably, by now, he also will be not monetized anymore, as his audience,
is most Russians. I have no idea, what will happen to those bloggers who live in Russia,
and broadcast for Russians. Everything that happened, is horrible. Thanks God,
YouTube is still working. I am happy about it. But, now you know, all Russian bloggers will make videos
for free. The only way to support them is through services like PATREON. I had so many plans to film
so many interesting content for you, as there are many many special and wonderful things to show in
Russia. Many amazing things. i hope YouTube will continue to work in Russia. As you already know,
i live at Far East . We have... We have amazing beautiful nature here. We have even tigers here
commonly tigers associated with hot countries, like India. I have no idea,
how can they live in such cold country as Russia? :) They definitely got a secret. They must
be insulated with additional set of a fur coat :)
We have many rare animals from Red Book. So yeah!
this short video, from which you learned that monetization is turned off now in Russia
and it said. As i just started my channel and i still want to continue, I will do it for free.
Hopefully you will support me on my Patreon page if you like what i do. Thanks for watching. Bye Bye
