Hoy en día, más o menos, depende del gusto que tenga la comida. De hecho, puedo comer por pocas raciones, cada dos o tres horas.

Dyer, "El Poder de los Hábitos" de Charles Duhigg, "Los Caballeros las prefieren Brutas" de Isabella Santo Domingo y seguiría nombrando, así que diré, justo ahora… mucho más…

6-Mes Favorito/6-Favorite Month.
Realmente me gusta mucho el mes de febrero y marzo, porque cumplen dos de mis personas favoritas, también noviembre y diciembre. Noviembre porque es mi cumpleaños, y aunque es uno de los últimos meses, siempre es especial y único, además es una celebración de antesala para el rojo mes de diciembre, donde toda la familia se une en alegría, sueños y risas para compartir juntos.
I really like the months of February and March, because they are the birthdays of two of my favorite people, as well as November and December. November because it is my birthday, and although it is one of the last months, it is always special and unique, it is also a prelude celebration for the red month of December, where the whole family joins in joy, dreams and laughter to share together.

Pese a que cada día lucho con dejar atrás las creencias limitantes, siento que soy una mujer buena, que ama ayudar a otros, verles felices, ayudarles a volar, cumplir sus sueños, metas e ilusiones, incluso ver triunfar y saber que les va bien, me hace feliz a mí. También soy valiente, fuerte y valiosa, es algo que debo resaltar cada día y enaltecer.
Although every day I struggle with leaving behind limiting beliefs, I feel that I am a good woman, who loves to help others, to see them happy, to help them fly, to fulfill their dreams, goals and illusions, even to see them succeed and know that they are doing well, makes me happy. I am also brave, strong and valuable, it is something that I must highlight every day and exalt.
