Welcome to our garden!!!
This is my son the backgroung doing some house work. We have always been a hard working people people from the beginning. I haveraised my children knowing the importance of hard work and work at home.
I can not imagine myself living in a small, one berdroom flat. I always wanted space, space wher to do somthing
They say that getting your hands dirty in the garden can increase your serotonin levels – contact with soil and a specific soil bacteria, I am not really into these things as I dont understand much of it, but from what I have felt, I have so muc joy and relaxation from it that is is just amazing..
(Mycobacterium vaccae), triggers the release of serotonin in our brain according to research. Serotonin is a happy chemical, a natural anti-depressant and strengthens the immune system.
My old mother always said that we are alive beings and belong in the nature. Sometimes I feel so sad seeing my kids also now grown up, so much time spending in these phones, these websites... we have to go out, to be alive, to feel the ground...
