Especially the vehicles and cars that we use frequently are a little more willing in this regard. And now I will tell you about the repair works of a vehicle that broke down in the truck park. Our trucks are produced in accordance with Euro 6 norms. The Euro 6 norm is an environmentalist standard that has been brought to the emissions of internal combustion engines and has been implemented in Europe and Turkey since 2016. In other words, vehicles that do not comply with this standard are not produced and cannot be put on the road. Thus, carbon-based air pollution is also prevented.
Therefore, the exhaust cleaning and exhaust maintenance of the vehicles produced in these norms should be done frequently. We usually do these maintenance at Mercedes-Benz services, but sometimes we have to make repairs in the truck park. This vehicle also gave an exhaust failure, and our mechanics examined the vehicle to see what happened. To get to the engine and exhaust part of the vehicle, they first had to separate the truck from the trailer. Then they lifted the part of the vehicle that we call the cup, so that the exhaust, parts and engine parts of the vehicle were in front of us.

Biz genelde Mercedes-Benz servislerinde bu bakımları yapıyoruz ancak bazen tır parkında da tamirat yapmak zorunda kalıyoruz. After removing the exhaust pipe and making the checks, master Mehmet took a thin piece of iron from the industrial site. He cut the iron bar into several pieces. He had to weld these pieces of iron to the connection of the engine with the exhaust. So he did. Welding is a job that requires skill. Precautions should be taken to be careful and avoid injury. I accompany our masters to prevent injuries. I give warnings from time to time. A second perspective is always good.
Mehmet usta egzoz borusunu çıkardıktan sonra ve kontrolleri yaptıktan sonra sanayi sitesinden ince bir demir parçası aldı. O demir çubuğu birkaç parçaya böldü. Mehmet Usta finished the welding work quickly. After making the final checks, the exhaust repair was finished. Thus, this truck would not fail in the near future in terms of exhaust. Mehmet, who is good at his job, is glad there is. Then Mehmet Usta collected the repair materials. He replaced the dismantled parts of the truck. Thus, the truck was ready for shipment without any problems.
