Casi se cumplen 5 meses desde que se dicto la cuarentena en mi país, y aun recuerdo que cuando se dio a conocer el primer caso en la capital, en todos los estados ya veíamos personas con tapabocas, otros que se negaban a salir y quienes se cuidaban mucho para estar comenzando.
Actualmente con 50.000 casos, de los cuales desconozco la cifra real de contagios y recuperados, parece que ya el miedo al covid19 se perdió hace mucho tiempo, y lo pude ver personalmente en el centro de la ciudad en uno de los principales puntos donde hay diferentes tiendas de alimentos.

Se supone que estamos en la semana de cuarentena "radical", es decir solo los comercios que vendan alimentos pueden estar abiertos, al igual que los centros comerciales que tengan supermercados en su interior. Al llegar al sitio parece que si realmente hay normas de prevención, las calles están cerradas, supuestamente no puedes pasar sin tapabocas y los locales comerciales deben estar preparados para recibir a las personas.
We are supposed to be in the week of "radical" quarantine, that is, only stores that sell food can be open, as well as shopping centers that have supermarkets inside. Esta semana no trabajan los buses que transportan gente, tampoco taxis, solamente algunos pocos que tienen salvoconducto al igual que el transporte del gobierno (el estado), a pesar de esto la cantidad de personas era exagerada, estaba igual de lleno que una semana flexible en la que se puede ir a cualquier sitio con un poco mas de facilidad, sin embargo las personas se las ingenian y muchos van en bicicleta o caminando. Pero justamente al entrar las calles que abarcan 5-8 cuadras de tiendas de alimentos, ya podemos ver mucha mas gente y muchas personas sin tapabocas.
En un principio los vendedores ambulantes no estaban permitidos en esta zona, pero hoy en día hay demasiados y vemos como se saltan las leyes.
This week the buses that transport people don't work, neither do the cabs, only a few that have safe conduct as well as government transportation (the state), in spite of this the amount of people was exaggerated, it was just as full as a flexible week in which you can go anywhere with a little more ease, however people manage and many go by bicycle or walking. But just as we enter the streets that cover 5-8 blocks of food stores, we can already see many more people and many people without masks.
At first, street vendors were not allowed in this area, but today there are too many and we see how they break the law.
Dejamos nuestro vehículo a muchas cuadras de distancia en un estacionamiento por que supuestamente estaba prohibido el paso para los vehículos (cosa que es mentira), cuando comenzamos a caminar y a acercarnos mas al centro la verdad se podía ver una aglomeración de personas exageradas, y no entiendo como llegan tantas personas a este sitio, cuando es sumamente difícil llegar sin buses ni gasolina.

Entre mas caminábamos, muchas mas personas encontrábamos, ya que la mayoría de las tiendas que están bajando estas calles son mas económicas, y sinceramente la diferencia es mucha, hay productos que están 10% mas económicos que en otros sitios, sin embargo vamos a mi pregunta, ¿Realmente se cumplen las normas de prevención actualmente?.
Pues la respuesta desde mi punto de vista, es que no, ya no se están cumpliendo las normas que se cumplían hace meses atrás en este mismo sitio, parece mentira pero entre mas días pasan mas personas frecuentan estas tiendas, la diferencia esta en que ahora no todos los establecimientos te desinfectan las manos, en lo que aun lo hacen antes te colocaban en las manos gel antibacterial o alcohol, ahora es una especie de agua con jabón o shampoo, y esto en lugar de limpiar tus manos las deja pegajosas, incluso al llegar a mi casa note que tenia la piel de las manos mas reseca de lo normal, supongo que fue alguna mezcla que me dieron en una tienda. Ademas hay muchas personas sin tapabocas, pude ver 2 o 3 de cada 10 sin el tapabocas o lo tenían abajo, cosa que antes era mas estricto utilizarlo, incluso la gobernación regalo mascarillas desechables por varias semanas, ahora no he visto que lo volvieran a hacer.

Also there are many people without masks, I could see 2 or 3 out of 10 without the mask or they had it down, which before was more strict to use it, even the government gave away disposable masks for several weeks, now I have not seen them do it again.
Y como dije antes, supuestamente el paso para vehículos en esta zona estaba prohibido nos dijeron varios policías al intentar pasar, por esto las calles estaban cerradas, pero luego nos dimos cuenta que no era así, no tengo idea de como entraron tantos vehículos pero habían demasiados.

Al momento de pagar en las tiendas, recuerdo que ingresaban unas pocas personas y se mantenía una distancia de 1mts para poder pagar en caja, ahora no es así, entran la cantidad de personas que quepa en el local, ya no se mantiene distancia para pagar, y las cajeras ya no utilizan guantes, supongo que por la cantidad de personas no pueden hacerlas esperar tanto, y costear los materiales para la prevención ya no es tan fácil. Es mi punto de vista, desconozco el por que pasa esto.

Y por ultimo lo que no puede faltar, en las colas para la gasolina las personas amanecen con sus familias o amigos, algunos juegan dominio, otros se recuestan en las calles, otros cuelgan hamacas, muchas cosas la verdad, incluso yo se que es difícil el poder tanquear gasolina y son medidas que las personas hacen para poder soportar los 5-7-10 días que están allí, pero simplemente comento lo que veo.

En conclusión, "la cuarentena radical es ficticia", ya no existe o por lo menos es lo que yo veo, como dije antes, al principio todo se respetaba las calles estaban absolutamente solas, y la verdad es que los locales no abrían incluso los locales de comida, las personas trataban de no juntarse mucho, pero ahora meses después es todo lo contrario, sea o no sea cuarentena radical al mayoría de los locales abrirán, incluso si no son de comida, simplemente se las ingenian para comprar algunos productos, ponerlos en exhibición y así poder abrir y vender otras cosas (artículos de librería y papelería, calzado, repuestos, entre otras)

Por que si este fuera el caso, imagínense la cantidad de infectados que abría en estos sitios por la cantidad de personas que lo frecuentan.
Así que esto me hace pensar, si ya nadie respecta la cuarentena e igual se trabaja, se abren los locales y se aglomera la gente, por que no quitar esa cuarentena falsa que existe, y volver a nuestras vida con un poco de normalidad.
Is the coronavirus here real, are there really so many infections?
Because if this were the case, imagine the number of infected people who opened these sites because of the number of people who frequent them.
So this makes me think, if no one respects the quarantine anymore and they still work, they open up the premises and crowd the people, why not remove this false quarantine that exists, and go back to our lives with a little bit of normality.
Se que la situación es difícil para muchas personas que deben trabajar para poder llevar su comida a casa, otros para pagar alquiler, y deudas, pero es que veo que no se esta cumpliendo nada para prevenir el covid19, y mi pensamiento es simplemente por que no hacer otro plan o algo que la mejore.
