Aquí vamos por el quinto post, hoy aprenderemos queridos #Hivers novatos del dibujo, como hacer un figurín de moda femenino básico estilizado de ocho cabezas.
PERO ANTES DE COMENZAR TE PREGUNTO LO SIGUIENTE:
1.¿Conoces al hombre del Vitruvio?
Si buscas en la red una definición sobre lo que es encontrarás “El Hombre de Vitruvio o Estudio de las proporciones ideales del cuerpo humano es un famoso dibujo acompañado de notas anatómicas de Leonardo da Vinci realizado alrededor de 1490 en uno de sus diarios.”
¡Dios nos hizo matemáticamente perfectos ! si quieres comprobarlo te reto a que compruebes por ti mismo algunas de las medidas que anotó en su estudio el maestro** Leonardo Da Vinci**:
- Si mides desde el inicio de la palma de tu mano hasta el dedo medio verás que llega perfecto desde la barbilla hasta el arco de las cejas de tu rostro.
- Una palma equivale al ancho de cuatro dedos
- Un paso es igual a un antebrazo
- La altura de la oreja es un tercio de la longitud de la cara
- La longitud de los brazos extendidos (envergadura) de un hombre es igual a su altura.
De ahí parte los maniquíes de poses denominados Dummy, son usados en su mayoría por los ilustradores para fijarse en sus proporciones, inspirarse en sus articulaciones para poder visualizar y trasladar al papel los diversos movimientos que puede hacer, caminar, sentarse, etc. En su mayoría son de madera pero hay quienes los hacen en tela.
¿Te acuerdas que en el post anterior te comenté que para empezar un figurín puedes guiarte por figuras geométricas y corazones? bueno hoy comenzaremos a realizar un figurín estilizado de 8 cabezas, hay personas que los hacen de nueve y hasta diez.
- Papel (yo uso mayormente de reciclaje para practicar) si tienes tu block de dibujo mucho mejor.
- Lápiz 2B es lo mejor.
- Borra.
- Regla recta y plantillas de ovalos o círculos.
- Rapidograph, lapicero o algún marcador de punta finita.
- ¡Motivación!
Aquí te muestro con detalle en una misma hoja dos figurines que realicé practicando para este post, uno de 8 cabezas y otro de diez y como puedes apreciar la matemática nos persigue, todo debe estar debidamente proporcionado para que tenga sentido, sin embargo para nosotros los ilustradores de moda podemos exagerar piernas, cuello o brazos por citar un ejemplo pero la idea principal es que el diseño que estemos mostrando tenga sentido sin perder coherencia en la ilustración, que se entienda, en el próximo post te hablaré mas de ello.
En éste caso es un figurin de 10 cabezas, la cabeza de mi figurin mide 3 centímetros, por lo tanto la línea de equilibrio serán 30 centímetros y en cada renglón se divide para poder definir las proporciones de la silueta: cuello, clavículas, hombros, pecho... Vamos a iniciar de cero para que me comprendas mejor:
Comenzamos realizando la línea recta aproximadamente de dieciocho (18.5 realmente) para hacer un figurin de 8 cabezas, en éste caso la cabeza de mi figurin mide 1.5 cm he trazado una circunferencia pequeña, en mi caso usé una regla de plantilla de 22 pulgadas y la barbilla la hice a pulso, recuerda puedes usar plantillas de ovalos. Es importante destacar que el tamaño de la cabeza será el que determine el tamaño de tu figurín, vamos a explicar de manera gráfica:
Debes terminar la línea de equilibrio con las 8 cabezas del mismo tamaño dibujadas bien centradas, eso determinará las medidas de las proporciones de tu Dummy personal ilustrado, aquí yo me equivoqué y te coloco al lado la plantilla para que recuerdes que puedes hacerlo mejor jajaja:
Ok donde finaliza la cabeza N.1 termina la barbilla y de ahí hasta la mitad de cabeza número dos le das un centímetro para dibujar la línea del cuello y a un tercio vienen las clavículas, luego en la cabeza número dos reflejarás los hombros, medirán el ancho de la cabeza, por lo tanto serán dos cabezas de 1.5 centímetros cada uno. y en el renglón 2 en los dos tercios vendrán los senos. Para mayor claridad vuelve a ver la foto anterior figurin de 10 cabezas,
Luego en el renglón No.3 vas a ubicar a ésa altura: cintura y ombligo, también se alinean los codos, la cintura puedes dibujarla muy pequeña tipo Thalía o mas grande como gustes, tal cual lo harás con la cadera. En mi línea de equilibrio la cintura la ubiqué a 1/5 de la tercera cabeza y la cadera a un 1/3 del cuarto renglón o cabeza, aquí te muestro como va el esquema paso a paso:
Finalizando el N.4 ubicas las muñecas y en el No.5 las manos, las rodillas puedes dibujarla en la cabeza No.6, los gemelos (o batatas como se dice popularmente aquí en Venezuela jeje) en el número 7 y los tobillos y pies en el número 8.
Ya listo tu figurin básico femenino de 8 cabezas, tienes terminada tu plantilla que te servirá de inspiración para comenzar tus diseños de ropa, dicha plantilla debes definirla bien con lápices y marcadores para que luego puedas encima calcar en papel cebolla o vegetal. Importante, cuando dibujamos los pies te coloqué dos opciones, uno cuando tiene calzado plano (pié derecho) y cuando lleva tacón estiliza mas, entonces le colocas un triangulo.

In this case it is a figurine of 10 heads, the head of my figurine measures 3 centimeters, therefore the line of balance will be 30 centimeters and in each line is divided to define the proportions of the silhouette: neck, clavicles, shoulders, chest... Let's start from scratch so you can understand me better:

Ok where head number 1 ends the chin ends and from there to the middle of head number two you give a centimeter to draw the neck line and at one third come the clavicles, then in head number two you will reflect the shoulders, they will measure the width of the head, therefore they will be two heads of 1.5 centimeters each. and in line 2 in the two thirds will come the breasts. For more clarity go back to see the previous picture of the 10-headed figurine,
Then in the line No.3 you are going to place at that height: waist and navel, also the elbows are aligned, the waist you can draw it very small like Thalia or bigger as you like, just as you will do with the hip. In my line of balance I placed the waist at 1/5 of the third head and the hip at 1/3 of the fourth line or head, here I show you how the scheme goes step by step:
Finishing the No.4 you place the wrists and in the No.5 the hands, the knees you can draw it in the head No.6, the calves (or sweet potatoes as it is popularly said here in Venezuela hehe) in the number 7 and the ankles and feet in the number 8.
Now your basic female figurine of 8 heads is ready, you have finished your template that will serve as inspiration to start your clothing designs, this template must be well defined with pencils and markers so that you can then trace it on onion or vegetable paper. Important, when we draw the feet I put two options, one when she has flat shoes (right foot) and when she wears a heel it is more stylized, then you put a triangle.
