This was what I used for the preparation, the first thing I did was take a bowl where I was going to make the dough for the arepa, I am from the team that first pour the corn flour, the salt and then the water.
Then knead and knead until having a consistency that allows us to form our arepas.
And we take out a ball to form our arepa.

And here we have it ready to place it to fry the middle hole is so that the arepa cooks better.
It is to the liking of each person to make them precooked, in this case I made them fried and well put the pan of my house with enough oil and let it heat up jjj forgive the pan of my home jjj 😁
And well, while the arepa is fried, we begin to chop a tomato and a light paprika, first wash it and, well, we chop it into squares to start making the parakeet egg.
Then here we place it to fry the tomato and paprika and a minced garlic clove.
Here I used 3 eggs and well, while the tomato is fried with the paprika, we pour the 3 eggs into a bowl and salt to taste and begin to beat.
Then we pour the egg into the pot where the tomato and paprika are being fried.
