| ACEITE | 1/2 Litro |
| VINAGRE | Al gusto |
| MAYONESA | Al gusto |
| REPOLLO | 200 gramos |
| ZANAHORIA | 100 gramos |
| SAL | Al gusto |
INGREDIENTS:

| CORN MEAL | To taste for dressing the fish and 1/2 kilo for the arepas |
| OIL | 1/2 Liter |
| VINEGAR | To taste |
| MAYONNAISE | To taste |
| CABBAGE | 200 grams |
| CARROT | 100 grams |
| SAL | To taste |
STEP 1: I wash my cachamas, add salt to it and then breaded with corn flour.
STEP 2: I heat the pan with oil, when it is very hot, I fry the fish until it is golden brown.
STEP 3: I prepare the dough for the arepas, in a cup I add half a liter of water, salt to taste and half a kilo of corn flour.
STEP 4: Once the arepas are ready, I prepare the salad, wash the cabbage and carrot with vinegar, chop the cabbage, grate the carrot, mix and add salt and mayonnaise to taste.
Once everything is ready, I proceed to serve my plate. Look how I stay. You can NOT miss the lemon.
