[ESP/ENG] Iniciativa: Un llamado para las ballenas by @daniel2001

¡Saludos estimados amigos de Hive! que genial es volver a participar en una iniciativa después de mucho tiempo, creo que éste es la primera iniciativa en la que participo de la comunidad #mayvileros y me alegra mucho en verdad, una de las cosas que agradezco en Hive es que exista el proyecto Hive account@mayvileros ya que fue un apoyo para mí en mis inicios en la anterior blockchain hasta ahora. Me enteré de la iniciativa vía twitter pero no había visto lo interesante que son las preguntas en el post principal.

Ésta iniciativa me hace recordar a los llamados a la acción que organizó Hive account@theycallmedan en un principio cuando Hive apenas florecía después de la bifurcación y es algo genial hablar sobre las ballenas en Hive, lo digo porque es algo súper importante en éste ecosistema donde conviven peces rojos, peces azules, delfines, orcas y finalmente las ballenas. La iniciativa consta de algunas preguntas para contestar y ser creativos así que espero les guste mi participación.

Greetings dear Hive friends! How great it is to participate in an initiative again after a long time, I think this is the first initiative in which I participate in the #mayvileros community and I am really happy, one of the things I am grateful for in Hive is that the project exists Hive account@mayvileros since it was a support for me in my beginnings in the previous blockchain until now. I found out about the initiative via twitter but I hadn't seen how interesting the questions are in the main post.

This initiative reminds me of the calls to action that Hive account@theycallmedan organized in the beginning when Hive was just flourishing after the fork and it's a great thing to talk about whales in Hive, I say it because it's something super important in this ecosystem where fish live red, blue fish, dolphins, killer whales and finally the whales. The initiative consists of some questions to answer and be creative so I hope you like my participation.

Como dicen en el post principal de la iniciativa una ballena es simplemente un usuario o persona dentro de la blockchain que ha adquirido una cantidad grande de tokens y por ende su poder llega a aumentar en gran manera, una de las funciones que cumple una ballena (a mí criterio) es la de mantener el equilibrio en la piscina de recompensas y por ende su poder puede afectar en gran manera la cotización del precio de la criptomoneda en cuestión.

En el caso de Hive no es un secreto de que las ballenas pueden apoyar monetariamente a otros usuarios a través de los votos a favor o incluso afectar dicha monetización con los votos en contra en caso de no gustarle el contenido publicado o por que el contenido incumpla con alguna de las normas, aun así estamos en la descentralización así que aquí todos hacen lo que quieren.

As they say in the main post of the initiative, a whale is simply a user or person within the blockchain who has acquired a large number of tokens and therefore their power increases greatly, one of the functions that a whale fulfills ( in my opinion) is to maintain the balance in the pool of rewards and therefore its power can greatly affect the price of the cryptocurrency in question.

In the case of Hive, it is not a secret that whales can monetarily support other users through votes in favor or even affect said monetization with votes against in case they do not like the published content or because the content does not comply with some of the rules, even so we are in decentralization so here everyone does what they want.

Para ser sincero todas las ballenas son importantes en Hive pero creo que una que ha hecho una gran labor no solo apoyando el contenido en Hive sino en la promoción en otras redes sociales de la web2 es sin duda el amigo Hive account@theycallmedan ya que él ha apoyado éste movimiento de marketing de Hive con los llamados a la acción (lo que les comentaba al principio) y bueno aunque Dan no siempre apoye mis publicaciones siento que es mi ballena favorita.

To be honest, all whales are important in Hive but I think one that has done a great job not only supporting the content on Hive but also promoting web2 on other social networks is without a doubt my friend Hive account@theycallmedan since he has supported this Hive marketing movement with the calls to action (what I told you about at the beginning) and well, even though Dan doesn't always support my posts, I feel like he's my favorite whale.

Si fueses una ballena ¿Qué sería lo primero que harias?

Mi respuesta sería "Apoyar a la comunidad Hispana" sobre todo a la comunidad en toda Latinoamérica ya que siento que somos los que más trabajamos y queremos salir adelante pero no contamos con tantos recursos y siempre estamos a 1 siglo de atraso en comparación de otros continentes como Europa, no digo esto a manera de lástima pero creo que sería lo más genial que hay.

My answer would be "Support the Hispanic community" especially the community throughout Latin America since I feel that we are the ones who work the most and want to get ahead but we do not have so many resources and we are always 1 century behind compared to other continents. like Europe, I'm not saying this as a pity but I think it would be the coolest thing there is.

Como pueden ver en la imagen lo primero que haría sería impresionarme ya que #Mayvileros para mí es una comunidad que de verdad apoya a los usuarios nuevos y no tan nuevos en gran manera, quizá actualmente no tienen mucho poder pero puedo decir que Hive account@mayvil se ha ganado el corazón de muchas personas en la blockchain, recuerdo cuando llegué a la anterior blockchain ella fue una de las primeras personas que me ayudó a progresar y puedo decir que ésta comunidad merece tener su propia ballena. Luego de todo el asombro estaría siempre apoyando y publicando aquí en la comunidad.

As you can see in the image, the first thing I would do would be to impress myself since #Mayvileros for me is a community that really supports new and not so new users in a great way, maybe they don't currently have much power but I can say that Hive account@mayvil is she has won the hearts of many people in the blockchain, I remember when I came to the previous blockchain she was one of the first people who helped me progress and I can say that this community deserves to have its own whale. After all the amazement I would always be supporting and posting here in the community.
