this is a really cool Hive charity success story to tell:

I started this story with a small job offer.
I created a special form for this offer (it can be easily converted to JSON) and posted it to the Hive Marketing community.
The content was about me looking for someone to search the Hive Blockchain for articles where people help other people. These posts should then be marked with a “!CHARY” so that I can find and evaluate them later.
Three people showed serious interest, but I could only take one. 
And it filled him with complete satisfaction.
He found many articles with 7 different authors who wrote posts that fit my criteria. Here is the results list:

This is partly how I came into contact with these people.
I also used this list to feed an AI so that it could find additional articles and authors. In fact, it worked somewhat. (I was also able to find at least one person thanks to this AI, so 8 different people are listed. I'll write more about the AI topic later, that's not quite complete yet.)
What's the point now?
Conclusion 1: The marketplace works!
We should use it much more than before, after all, one of Hive's core competences is to process text and money together. Smart contracts are ideal here.
I would be happy if this resulted in a frontend, which is made available in Peakd, for example.
Conclusion 2: The Hive Community is alive!
There are many people who write and respond to posts here on Hive every day. This social medium is used worldwide and people actually network with each other. My request was responded to quickly.
Conclusion 3: Hive is also a charity organization
The blogs also include many articles describing how to help other people. This is not only nice to read (as a contrast to all the misery in this world), but actually also a great added value for those affected. Funds are collected and those in need also receive them. Through the posts and guarantees from established people, we get the certainty that the money is going where it is supposed to go. It's like an NGO, only decentralized and much more efficient. By the way, this is also a unique selling point of Hive; I don't know of any other blockchain that works like this.
How do I continue?
I would like to place a small decentralized Hive advertisement every week to attract attention to the people found give.
I would also like to donate some of my Hive earnings to these people in the next few weeks. This is done via my collection account 
What can you do?
- Look for people who deserve to get Hive because they help other people. Simply mark the posts with a “!CHARY” in the reply field. My scripts will then find this and expand the table.
- Donate Hive to these people
- Advertising.
- Create job offers and post them on Hive Marketing.
The bottom line is that I can say: Hive is alive - and it's fun

Hallo zusammen,
Dies hier ist eine wirklich coole Hive Charity Erfolgsgeschichte:
Ich begann diese Geschichte mit einem kleinen Stellenangebot.
Ich habe für dieses Angebot ein spezielles Formular erstellt (es kann leicht in JSON umgewandelt werden) und es in der Community Hive Marketing gepostet.
Inhaltlich ging es darum, dass ich jemanden suche, der die Hive Blockchain nach Artikeln durchsucht, wo Menschen anderen Menschen helfen. Diese Posts sollten dann mit einem "!CHARY" markiert werden, damit ich später diese finden und auswerten kann.
Drei Personen zeigten ernsthaftes Interesse, ich konnte aber nur einen nehmen.
Und er hat ihn mit vollster Zufriedenheit erfüllt.
Er hat viele Artikel mit 7 unterschiedlichen Autoren gefunden, die Posts geschrieben haben, die meinen Kriterien entsprechen. Hier ist die Ergebnis-Liste:

Ich bin darüber teilweise mit diesen Menschen in Kontakt gekommen.
Desweiteren habe ich diese Liste genutzt um damit eine KI zu füttern, damit diese weitere Artikel und Autoren findet. Tatsächlich hat es auch etwas funktioniert. (Zumindest eine Person konnte ich Dank dieser KI ebenfalls finden, daher sind 8 unterschiedliche Personen aufgelistet. Zum KI Thema schreibe ich später mehr, dass ist noch nicht ganz rund.)
Was bringt das nun?
Fazit 1: Der Marktplatz funktioniert!
Wir sollten ihn deutlich mehr nutzen als bisher, schließlich ist es eine Kernkompetenz von Hive, Text und Geld gemeinsam zu verarbeiten. Smart Contracts bieten sich hier geradezu an.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn hieraus ein Frontend entstünde, was z.B. in Peakd zur Verfügung gestellt wird.

Es gibt viele Menschen, die täglich Posts hier in Hive schreiben und darauf reagieren. Dieses Social Medium wird weltweit genutzt und Menschen vernetzen sich tatsächlich untereinander. Auf meine Anfrage wurde schnell reagiert.
Fazit 3: Hive ist auch eine Charity Organisation
Unter den Blogs sind auch viele Artikel, in denen beschrieben wird, wie anderen Menschen geholfen wird. Das ist nicht nur schön zu lesen (als Gegensatz zu all dem Elend in dieser Welt), sondern tatsächlich auch ein großer Mehrwert für die Betroffenen. Es werden Gelder gesammelt und die Hilfsbedürftigen erhalten diese auch. Durch die Posts und Verbürgungen von etablierten Personen erhalten wir die Gewissheit, dass das Geld dort ankommt, wo es hin soll. Das ist wie eine NGO, nur dezentral und viel effizienter. Dies ist übrigens auch ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal von Hive, ich kenne keine andere Blockchain, die so arbeitet.
Wie mache ich weiter?
Ich möchte wöchentlich eine kleine dezentrale Hive Werbung schalten, um den gefundenen Personen Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken.
Desweiteren möchte ich in den nächsten Wochen diesen Personen auch selber etwas von meinen Hive-Erträgen spenden. Dies geschieht über meinen Sammel-Account
Was könnt ihr tun?
- Selber nach Menschen suchen, die es verdienen Hive zu bekommen, weil sie anderen Menschen helfen. Markiert die Posts einfach mit einem "!CHARY" im Reply-Feld. Meine Scripts werden dies dann finden und die Tabelle erweitern.
- Diesen Menschen Hive spenden
- Werbung schalten
- Jobangebote erstellen und diese auf Hive Marketing posten.
Unter dem Strich kann ich sagen: Hive lebt - und es macht Spaß
