Facilitating children is an extremely hard job. Well to me I think it is. Just as some jobs are hard but to some others it comes easy to them, I believe teaching/facilitating is too. You require PATIENCE, love, understanding among others. Some days you get so much joy from seeing your learners fully understanding and enjoying your lessons. Other days, you just want to scream your head off, because for some reason that day, your learners just can't concentrate or don't seem to understand anything you say even with all the interventions you put in place.
To all facilitators, you're doing a great great job. It's normal to feel out of it on some days. Just try hard not to let it reflect in your lessons. Receive strength to continue. Kisses.
