The Faces of the Liberator
Throughout history my country has had various monetary icons and in most cases the face of the Liberator Simón Bolívar usually appears on the banknote with the highest denomination, I had never paid more attention to this detail but it was today when a great friend shared with me his philatelic collection that I realized that this portrait has changed over time, this is a situation that seemed curious to me since the difference between each copy is sometimes quite large.

Los Rostros Del Libertador
A lo largo de la historia mi país ha contado con diversos conos monetarios y en la mayoría de los casos el rostro del Libertador Simón Bolívar suele figurar en el billete con mayor denominación, nunca le había prestado mayor atención a este detalle pero fue hoy cuando un gran amigo compartió conmigo su colección filatélica que me di cuenta que dicho retrato ha cambiado con el pasar del tiempo, esta es una situación que me pareció curiosa ya que la diferencia entre cada ejemplar en ocasiones suele ser bastante grande.
This is a clear example that history also has different faces and it is not always static, but it is a field that presents various nuances, it is an immense world which, with the advancement of technologies and new scientific discoveries, allows us to keep changing. our way of seeing the past. The banknotes in any part of the world are usually colorful and with designs that seek to attract attention and at the same time highlight the benefits of each nation, therefore I decided to take macro photographs which would isolate the context of the paper money a bit and highlight the central image that corresponds to that of the Liberator, this in order to pay more attention to the details of the figure, but I decided to go a little further and take the captures in black and white, this to generate a contrast of images that seemed to me cool.
Este es un claro ejemplo que la historia también tiene diferentes rostros y la misma no siempre esta estática, sino que es campo que presenta diversos matices, es un mundo inmenso el cual con el avance de las tecnologías y los nuevos descubrimientos científicos nos permite ir cambiando nuestra forma de ver el pasado. Los billetes en cualquier parte del mundo suelen ser coloridos y con diseños que buscan llamar la atención y al mismo tiempo resaltar las bondades de cada nación, por lo tanto decidí realizar fotografías macro las cuales aislaran un poco el contexto del papel moneda y se resaltara la imagen central que corresponde a la del Libertador, esto con la finalidad de prestarle mayor atención a los detalles de la figura, pero decidí ir un poco más allá y realizar las capturas en blanco y negro, esto para generar un contraste de imágenes que me parecieron geniales.
