Hello Eco sustainers! I hope you all are having a buzzing Monday over there. Today started off well, we had the power supply running all through the night till this and I was able to do a work with it. So waking up, I knew I wasn't going to work and also mondays are a kind of sit-at-home in my area, making it all the way better. The first thing on my mind was to do some laundry. I was so busy over the weekend engaging in other activities both at home and outside home. I didn't really have the time to wash so I decided to do some washing.
My clothes weren't a huge pile so it didn't take so much time accomplishing my laundry task. It was really sunny at the time I was washing and I was happy because I know I'm going to have clean, dry clothes at the end of the day. After making sure all the clothes are set on the line, I thought of what next to do, there was still so much time in my hands, a little productivity won't hurt.
I grabbed my trash bucket and decided to do a little planet cleaning in the streets. We deserve a healthy environment and if there's one thing that makes the environment unhealthy, it's trash. It's been raining heavily for a couple of days now and some of these wrappings have been buried under the soil. Those wrappings are not bio-degradeable and definitely not good for the soil organisms too.
I took some time getting them all out with the help of a stick, the more I was doing it, the more I found out there were many of them. It took some time but I was happy to have helped clean the planet today. A green Earth is what we aim for. Below are the pictures of my activity;
