Good evening friends of the hive.
I had a very hectic day today. I spent my day off from work in the farm and there were lots of activities I needed to attend to. I first had to attend to the piglets because these ones need the first attention.

Taking care of the piglets is very important to me because they are still very young and delicate. I had to ensure they were properly fed and their pen was clean and in good condition. This took a bit of time because I had to observe each of them closely to make sure none was showing signs of illness or discomfort.
After that, I went to the farm to check the crops. I actually planted maize and cassava. The maize is doing fairly well, although I noticed some parts of the field need weeding. The cassava is also growing fine, and I am hopeful for a good harvest if the rain continues to fall at the right time. I walked around the farm, inspected the plants, and cleared a few unwanted grasses around the edges.
Farming is good and enjoyable but requires time and patience. It’s not something you rush into or expect instant results from. Every stage of farming needs attention—from planting to weeding, and eventually to harvesting. Even though today was stressful and energy-draining, I still find joy in what I do on the farm. There’s a sense of fulfillment that comes from seeing the crops grow and the animals healthy.
This is how my cleaning activity went:
