Environmental pollution is one of the big problems we face in our society today. The increase in the use of plastic and polythene materials has made the environment very dirty and polluted. If this is not stopped or reduced, it can become very harmful to human health.

In the image above, we can see how plastics, burnt items, and other waste have been dumped carelessly. This type of pollution is very dangerous. Burning plastics produces smoke that contains harmful chemicals. When people breathe in this smoke, it can cause cough, chest pain, and other breathing problems.
Also, when plastic waste stays in the soil, it can make the ground bad for farming. When rain falls on these dirty areas, it can wash harmful chemicals into our streams, rivers, or even wells. This makes the water unsafe for drinking and can also kill fish and other water animals.
The problem is getting worse because people keep using plastics every day and throw them away anywhere. We need to change this habit. Everyone should try to reduce how they use plastic, stop throwing dirt anywhere, and take part in cleaning their environment.
We can recycle plastics, use reusable bags, and teach others about the dangers of pollution. If we all do our part, the environment will be cleaner and safer.
If we do nothing and allow this pollution to continue, we will suffer more in the future. Our air, land, and water will become more dangerous, and our health will be at risk.
Let us act now and take better care of our environment.
