Good morning planet earth , I slept well and I woke up very early today ,because I needed to be somewhere I like to go to somewhere that is a little bit far from the city that I'm staying for assessment and I have to go very early so that I can meet up with them and do the assessment .
So when I got off I said my morning prayers then I went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast so I boys plantain plantain and oil source so it was what I made for breakfast., after that I swept the house I arrange everywhere then I now quickly rushed out to do my cleaning activities so I went outside I carried out my cleaning activities on came back to the house to prepare for work.
So I came back to the house I took my beat I prepared to leave the house so I finally I left the house I got to the park where I will enter my bus that is going to the side I'm going for the assessment.
So I'm getting to that place I saw the patient the patient was critically ill and the patient will need a male caregiver that will take care of him so I practically discussed with the patients children and we are going to commence the care soon enough
