Welcome back agricultural mindset for this week. Farming is the pride of any nation because people must eat and that is how they survived everyday.
For this week I want to talk about the different ways we can process our cassava to make different food. Cassava is one of the plants that I know we benefit alot from. We have so many ways to make food from cassava, but I will limit it to just four.
From cassava we can make:
- Garri ( cassava flakes
- Akpu ( Fufu)
- Alibo ( cassava flour )
- Abacha ( African salad)
There are lots more, but we are going to be looking at only these four.
