AssalamuAlaikum & Greetings Everyone!
It's me
Friends, today our sweet potato crop has entered its final stages on December 19. I have decided to sell it because the cold is very severe and the soil is not too wet or the moisture content is also sufficient, so the sweet potatoes are ready, but now they can become soft while in the soil, so it would be better for us to sell them.
I have contacted various brokers. I faced a lot of problems in collecting their numbers, but I got their mobile numbers using my sources and contacted them so that the price of sweet potatoes could be estimated.
I consider it necessary to share the conclusion I have reached with you because many brokers have come to see the sweet potato crop in my area and they have also dug up the soil and checked the color of the sweet potatoes, their size, all these things are measured.
After seeing all this, I have hired various brokers. I am putting in front of you three to four brokers or traders who buy sweet potatoes from the field and go to the market and sell them. Tell me the price per 51 kg from 2200 to 2500 rupees. There are three types of it, which is cracked sweet potatoes, which is bought at a low price, from 1000 to 1200 rupees. In addition, the price of the seeds is told to be 500 to 600 rupees, but their weight is also almost the same.
Since this is the last month of the year, this trader is asking me to do another thing. He says that you should cut the sweet potato vines first and after that we will tell you the exact figure again because he thinks that if we settle the matter, the next day we will buy the sweet potato and take it to the market, for which its vines must be cut.
Now I think it is important to share one thing with you here, and that is that its vines are also sold. Those who have kept cattle, they buy them as grass for their cattle. And this can be sold for 30,000 to 40,000 rupees per acre, which I have to sell tomorrow, so first of all its bulls will be sold.
After that, I will contact these brokers again and try to fix their rate on a per-back basis and I will share this entire procedure with you all.
I hope you will like my post today and please let me know your opinion on what I should do.
