The chives give a delicious taste to various foods such as grains, soups and stews, it should be washed very well and chopped into pieces to know how to take advantage of it more since the little ones in the house do not like it very much.
Hola apreciados amigos, hoy les hablare sobre estas bellas plantas de cebollin, se encuentran en un semillero a espera de ser plantadas en un lugar mas grande, estas plantas son muy utilizadas en la cocina venezolana entre otros paises de la region.
Se deben cuidar y regar muy bien ya que son plantas delicadas, y si tienes gallinas debes alejarlas en un corral ya que estas son de las primeras que van a escarbar las plantas y comerlas sin ningun problema.
El cebollin le da un gusto delicioso a varias comidas como granos, sopas y guisos se debe lavar muy bien y picar en trocitos para saber aprovecharlo mas ya que a los pequeños de la casa no les gusta mucho.

Para sembrarlos se debe preparar una buena tierra abonada, y agregarle algunas recetas como la cascara del huevo triturada, pero para hacerlo debes dejarla varios dias al sol y que esta se seque.
Tambien se le debe agregar conchas de algunas verduras que lleven varios dias con otro tipo de tierra y por ultimo la borra del cafe, esto ayuda a que la planta crezca sana y fuerte.
