We went to visit one of my husband's cousin land. He has 4 acres of land in Tacuba. And because we love agriculture and we are looking to buy land ourselves here in El Salvador, we love looking and learning all about it.
First, we visited the family. I love the outside stove. I really want one for myself, especially to cook soups, beans, tortillas and bake your own quesadilla and even breads.
It just gets too hot sometimes to cook inside, especially when you cook things for a long time. Plus there is just so much more room and the food tastes so much better when it's cooked outside on wood.
I also love this cute table and seats where you can enjoy your food or coffee underneath the tree.
I like the green area with all the flowers and fruit trees in front of the house.
We enjoyed some coffee, while visiting the family.
There are all kinds of mango trees and banana trees everywhere, so we had quite few mangos, plus we took many home.
Coffe trees. This property has a lot of coffee trees.
This is either a mandarine or orange tree, which you can also find a lot of.
More banana and plantain trees.
Some casava plants.
And there is also quite few coconut trees.
There is pretty much all kinds of trees growing here, which is awesome.
This is empty space to build a house and maybe a store, which would be great investment also, since the school is right in front of this property.
Now we are going to climb up the coffee mountain.
You get a beautiful view from here.
Wd also got some flor de izote, which is also very nutritious A lot of it. It is so pretty and I use it in soups and with eggs. But I will share that with you next time, along with the coffee we received from this property. Don't want to make too long of a post.
