We have so many green vegetables that are very pleasant and edible when it comes to agricultural mindset which also give the body more natural nutrients after consuming it in a right way and manner because there is always a good way to consume food and also a very bad way to consume food. A bad way is when you consume too much of food item and you deducethat's your body will definitely process and digest every bit of food you are eaten. But when you consume food moderately at a point in time it will definitely act on your body system and it will definitely work fine for you within few hours of consumption.
- Some natural green leaves that we have here in Nigeria that are very edible and most people consume them without much or no complain is the appetizer to the stomach vegetable. although we have some specific places that you can't find it even at this present time because of the change in weather. Because the weather absolutely affect so many things the food, the crop,the planting techniques and so many other things.
- It's very succulent and very soft even when you touch it. its also brings out good Juice which some other people comsume it for natural medicine purposes.
- In this case you can also mix some other crops together with this particular green vegetable. It grows hand in hand together.
the green vegetable is also a crawler vegetable which I love so much. It's crop from One tree branch to another eat also brings a very delicious soup taste when you consume it which recommended soup recipe such as
