Few days ago I talked on fertilzer selection which I showed you guys where and how I bought mine and which of the fertilzer is best for maize farming. This is how the N:P:K 15:15:15 fertilizer looks like and for now it is the best for corn. Now on this post I talked more on fertilzer application as well.

When its comes to the fertilzer application you need to address this separately because it is also a best method to improve Growth for crops. This is how the pictures looks like down below.

When you want to apply the fertilizer, I mean the NPK. You need to bring down your hand and at the same time you need to distance your fertilzer from the crop, the maize so as for it not to get burnt.

This was how it looked. Guess what? You need to handle it well.

After the fertilzer application, I used the soil to cover the NPK in order to motivate and activate the Nitrogen fertilzer. It also Discourage water erosion.
