Having a farm, a garden of just single plot of land or acres of land I have so many risk because presently as a practicing young farmer I faced a lot of things while the planting season is on and there are so many factors that leads to sometimes downfall of the farmer because of number one the rainfall pattern, this actually depends on if the weather is very favorable for your plants to grow and also if there will be more predictors around your farm. In this case anything can be a predictor like the ants, insects, the rodents, and sometimes human being can also keep feeding on your farm and thereby be a predictor.
In this case of mine I have something eaten up the leaves of my Okro plant even before it reached the flowering stage not to talk of the fruiting stage but presently when I got up and I got to the farm, I saw this beetle a very big one stayed I'm also eating some part of the okra leaves. I tried to trace the eating portion of the beetle and I saw that it was very much there by I also used the opportunity to check other Okro plants.
- You can see how damaged leave areas I showed inside the picture. I saw this at a glance initially and I was so sad but I traced the eaten steps around to see what was the whole matter.
To a very bad limit even they ate the upcoming flowering portion of the plant.
