Saludos a esta bella comunidad de Agricultural Mindset y de Hive Blog he vuelto el día de hoy para presentarles la fruta de lechosa o papaya, la planta y propiedades. Es altamente rica en vitaminas, muy utilizada en la medicina tradicional por diferentes creencias desde muy chico la como por las supuestas vitaminas que contiene, también es usada como diurético y laxante según mi madre es buena para limpiar las vías gástrica, es una fruta muy deliciosa en su estado de madurez de color amarillo por fuera y la pulpa rojizo por dentro, con ella se prepara jugo, ensalada de frutas y mermelada. Cuando está verde se prepara dulce que es muy tradicional en mi pueblo para las fechas decembrinas. Las hojas y parte de sus ramas se utiliza para ablandar los granos .
