Saludos a todos mis queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad de Agricultural Mindset and Hive Blog, les he devuelto mis queridos amigos después de tener unos días sin poder publicar por motivos personales, pero contento ya que he estado revisando mis dos plantas de berenjena y he notado que están bastante crecidas y con una buena carga, lo cual me ha emocionado mucho porque llevaba mucho tiempo que no se daban con buena carga. La berenjena es una planta que puede alcanzar unos 50 a 60 centímetros de altura, muy ramificada con hojas grandes, su fruto es comestible, en las dos clases que conozco son cáscara o concha morada y concha verde, algunas son largas, redondas u ovaladas.

Es usada en la gastronomía, mayormente en Venezuela preparamos de distintas formas o platos. Como por ejemplo, guisada, fritas, en pasticho, salsas, a la vinagreta, antipasto, hasta he llegado a preparar chicha de esta fruta.
