Hope everybody is well. Friends, today I am taking proper care of the eggplant planted in my backyard.I love caring for trees in my own backyard and spending time with them. Gardening is a profession that I spend most of my time with.We all know that Bangladesh is an agricultural country. And because it is an agricultural country, most of the people in this country depend on agriculture for their livelihood. More than a percent of the people are involved in agriculture.
My father also works in agriculture. My father planted various crops and vegetables in the field. But along with that my mother and I planted several eggplants in our backyard.These trees are now almost big. At the base of the tree some Grass had grown. I have cleaned them from the base of the eggplant tree.
I have surrounded the eggplant trees with nets to protect them from the intrusion of cows and goats. My mother also keeps cows and goats. So the eggplants have been surrounded with nets to protect them. Friends, there are many beautiful purple and yellow flowers in the trees.
Friends, I have cleaned the grass at the base of all the eggplant trees and now I have watered the eggplant trees to grow well. These will grow faster and many more flowers will come. Friends, I used home-made compressors on the eggplant trees.
I made compost manure by burying cow dung, ash and instant peel of vegetables in the soil for a long time and gave it to the eggplant to grow. I am growing my eggplant plants in a very homely way without using chemical fertilizers. Now my eggplant tree has some eggplants that are still small. I will use these for our cooking when they grow up.
