Greetings friends of this beautiful community grateful to share with you, today I am going to talk to you about the growth of aubergine plants.
The watercress plants are plants that are first made into small seedlings and then transplanted into the garden that is prepared in the ground.
As you can see in the photographs the size of the plants, it has been a fortnight since I transplanted them from the seedbed to the garden and they have grown rapidly and are now ready to flower and start to bear fruit like aubergines.
The aubergines are used to prepare delicious dishes, they can be eaten fried, stewed, in cakes, sauces, etc.
My mother recently taught me a delicious recipe for how to prepare a sauce with just garlic, coriander or coriander, mayonnaise and a pinch of salt.
The way to prepare it is very easy, you just put a big watercress in a pot with a cup of water and salt to taste and let it boil until it is soft, then you put it in the blender with 5 garlic, a sprig of coriander and a spoonful of mayonnaise, blend it for a few minutes and that is where you get this delicious watercress sauce, you can eat it with bread, crackers, cassava.
The plants are watered daily so that they grow quickly. I thank God that in the next few weeks I will be preparing some of the recipes I mentioned with the aubergine crop.
I hope that it will be of your interest and pleasure to continue sharing a little more with you, God bless you greatly.
