This medlar tree is around 37 years old, planted in my sister Omaira's house, it has already been producing for a long time despite not being a very widespread tree. There are seasons that its fruits are abundant and in other few, everything depends on the period of rain in our region.
When they are about to ripen, the taller ones are grasped with a stick and the shorter ones with the hand and wrapped in paper to finish their ripening cycle and be able to eat them. They are very tasty and sweet fruits, we love to eat them.
I have many seeds saved to germinate, where my son already has a growing plant that I will show him later.
