Good morning everyone! Zak here from Cape Town. It's the first day of the last month of 2022!
We have all been through a lot in the last 3 years. Most of the world has gone through a three year plague, but unless you are living in China, we are now out the other end.
My condolences to anyone who has lost friends and family because of it.
One thing to be grateful for is that a lot of relationships seem to be healing. There was a big divide between people who were keen to be vaccinated and those who rejected it.
Either way, we are out on the other end and life goes on.
I thought it would be cool for you all to see what the ordinary streets and some of the commute looks like in Cape Town, South Africa. This is on my route from Table View past the wetlands which turns into a lagoon with Table Mountain in the distance.
It looks a lot closer with the naked eye than on my phone's camera.
