Our focus isn't the OCD community at the moment, it's more like a hub of info on where people can post to (other communities) and our initiatives we encourage curators to do to improve Hive and its communities as a whole. There's still some odd people who post directly onto it and we try to direct them to more fitting communities but it's hard for some people to read the rules in the sidebar way too often.
Eventually we may change what the community could be about but right now we mainly trying to grow niche communities of all sorts, here's a list of the ones in our incubation at the moment where we let leaders who may be more specialized in the niche recommend good posts for our upvotes: @ocd/ocd-communities-incubation-program-update-33
