You might ask why I am writing this in a ‘blog’ instead of just posting it on FB. Funny you should ask because I was trying to do just that while wondering if they would have a problem with robotically fact-checking a post about a fact-check. Seems they did. As I tried to post it FB just froze and computer said no. So I’ve expanded on my original post (which was short and sweet) and shall make a mountain out of a molehill now.
I wonder if the AI just got brain-freeze over the possible double or triple negatives and fact wreck situation or did they have to call in a real geek to actually read the words and try and make sense of what’s going on in real time while I twiddled my thmbs waiting for my next post to load and light up my page. So many funny mental pictures in my head.
First off in this fact wreck they have completely forgotten that in science it is impossible to prove a negative they’ve been shouting that fact for years yet now they want Lanka to prove a negative. The onus is on the one making extraordinary claims to prove their claims not for someone else to prove the unproveable negative. They have to prove the virus exists not the other way around! Plus this is a double negative (there’s gonna be a few of them).
Secondly using an opinion piece about Kaufman does not ‘debunk’ Lanka’s work as they claim. Hello fact-wreckers, they are 2 different people. I have to notice too that instead of picking on Lanka himself they’ve chosen to pick on a young woman talking about Lanka. They have not gone NEAR Lanka’s ACTUAL challenge. Well how big and manly of em eh. So not only are they using a little woman as a human shield they are using Kaufman as an imaginary bat to swing from behind her metaphorical shoulder.

He has not been stripped of his doctorate as far as I know and is still a psychiatrist and doctor who by the sounds of things could do with a visit by yourself for some narcissistic and negativity issues. That article is nasty and shows that fact-wreckers are getting their ‘info’ (opinions actually) from skeptics who I’ve always said are the furthest thing away from scepticism you’ll ever find on the web. They are all brown-nosed pharma shills who wouldn’t know science if it splattered their one brain cell up the wall.
Nowhere in that piece does it debunk “The claims of studies that there is not a virus” which again is a negative so unproveable, yeh they like to bend the facts a lot.
Finally near the end they produce their ‘proof’ with daaadaaaaaaaaa

Oh thankyou, phew that’s a relief, the CDC said the virus was isolated so yay it must be true. But wait where is it then? Is that it? The CDC said so?
They then explain the process by which the ‘isolation’ is claimed by the cdc followed by a quote from Lanka which debunks the very process they are offering as proof that Lanka has not debunked their process hahahahahahahaha oh that gave me a headache……
To top it all off with a cherry this is their final word(s)
