I say if you get accused of something you might as well make sure the accusation is grounded on truth, not their truth or your truth but the truth. In seriousness, though even if it is next to impossible the very notion of starting to use the argument that being questioned is equivalent to violence raises some very serious questions on the capacity of someone teaching in a university level to end in-depth discussions and Socratic style of learning.
