I don't specialize in spotting nonsense, but I'm pretty good at it, nonetheless. But it didn't take me any special effort to gain the skill. I'm certainly not claiming to be an authority on spotting nonsense, I generally just don't have time to waste on it, but it's definitely my opinion that his arguments were nonsense and overewarded, and I voted accordingly.

Ouch, that hurt :-) But seriously, downvoting is the only mechanism in Hive right now for reducing distribution of rewards to scam artists like this guy. Eventually, we should have better mechanisms, but it's what we have now.
