Throughout our lives we have observed, listened, felt, smelled and tasted, so our subconscious has stored a lot of information that today we could say are our deepest beliefs.
These beliefs perfectly determine how we feel about the world we inhabit in a way that marks our emotional disposition on the ladder.
Understand that a belief is nothing more than a thought that has been thought many times, experienced and reaffirmed. What to do? It is simple, take a new thought that is antonymous to the belief you have and repeat it many times. Until when? Until everything has changed.
If you have always felt that you have to take care of yourself because through your experiences you have seen or experienced betrayal, deception, insecurity, etc., it is likely that your emotional disposition has changed. Chances are that your emotional disposition is fear and although you try hard to elevate it, you find it difficult because your ingrained beliefs make you feel fear.
Have things changed? A little bit, is this statement already an ingrained belief in me? I don't think so, what do I have to do? Keep repeating it every day several times, at some point it will be an ingrained belief in me? How do I know it is already ingrained? When everything in my life is easy, when joy is everywhere, when I feel totally secure in all circumstances, when everything I do goes well and when abundance manifests in every nook and cranny of my life, when everything I do goes well and when abundance manifests in every place.
