The way world works is pretty funny. You are ready for the work and you want to do change in your life and the life of the people around you. And what you find out? Yes, that world is not ready for your contribution of any type.
Then comes the another scenario where you don't want to do anything at all. And then world is very harsh around you and then it wants you to do something. Just the reverse of what you wanted to be doing before.
So how does the ready to no-ready state works?

World has it's own trigger for Ready State
World has it's own system that changes every now and then. Some fundamentals remain the same and some changes as time goes on. By the time you learn to adjust with one generation of people and then another one pops up with the new set of rules and the fundamentals. So world has it's own ready state and it continues in that part.
World Doesn't Care if You're Ready
I am ready. I can do this or that. But nobody cares. Yes, that is how the world works. It doesn't care what you can do and what you are doing. It only cares for the results. You have to move ahead very quickly to make any strong decision with your outcomes that come out of you being ready. That is what world is going to focus on.
Your Suffering Won't Count
You will come across some of the events where you will feel like you had enough. And there is not much you can do about the same. I can tell you from the experience that my personal suffering is not an excuse nor it is going to help me move ahead. And so some of the time we have to think of what we can do from the point of progress and loss.
You're Early in the change of World
There are creators on youtube who posted videos in 2013 and they left after 2017 and now the earning anyone can do on youtube is more than 2013. So those who left earlier didn't made much money than people who can do now. So some of the times you are early in the process and you can't do much about it. You will meet a lot of things in your life like that.
Conclusion
You can't push your own ready state on the world. And world would push on it with or without you liking that change. So you have to understand what you can do in terms of contribution and move ahead on that part.
