There's no denying that there's this "feel-good" power we feel anything we're giving any happy facial expression.
All of us are born with the ability to smile but as we become older we tend to smile less often.
The researches I've made shows that children smile an average of 400 times per day compared to an adult which smiles 40-50 times per day.
Why is Smiling important
Smiling does not only offers a mood boost but also helps our bodies release cortisol and endorphins that provide several health benefits including:
- Reduced blood pressure
- Reduced pain
- Reduced stress
- Increased endurance
- Strengthened immune system
- Elevates mood
Furthermore, my observations and studies about people who smile appears more attractive and likeable and also confident. When we smile, neurons in the brain are activated which leads to the release of cortisol and endorphins which I have stated above.
TRY TO SMILE TODAY.
