That's right, be obsessed, almost compulsive. But obviously for positive things!
It can be said that the greatest athletes in history were or are obsessed, some even with their opponents. If they wake up at 06:00 to train and find that the rival got up at the same time, the next day he will be up and sweating at 5:00.
And so that you can transform, don't be satisfied with just doing 1 hour of exercise, go even further. Eliminate noise (distractions), think and start eating better. And you will find that a kind of “supernatural force” will help you in this process. Before you felt uncomfortable completing that first hour of physical activity, now you feel that time passes quickly.
And if your body aches from practicing this new habit, enjoy this process, stand in front of the mirror, and visualize your muscles growing, getting firmer. You may not be able to see this effect, but they are there, contracted, slightly inflamed, and quite grateful to start this new life.
Respecting your process is ideal, especially if you play sports in groups, there will be people who will make movements more fluid than yours, at this point you must remember that they have been there longer than you. Focus on your journey, your path and enjoy every step.
Thank you so much for reading my text. I would love to hear your opinions, and how could I help you start this new healthy life?
