We All Know Life and Dealth are universal cyclic movements that pass away in endless succession. Nothing is stable in this world. Our health and disease, hope and depression, happiness and sorrow two ends of same continuum.
Covid has impacted each and everyone's life enormously. Everyone is praying, taking precaution and doing all things they can in their own limitation.

Most stubborn mindset are converted to kindness by adobtic yogic practice using lungs as pneumatic tool to remove intoxicants. And also to enhance their lung breathing power capacities, with the breath inhalation.
Science also stated that if someone control their breath it can change the response of the body's responsive system, prcoessess such as heart rate and digestion.
Consiouscly changing in the breathing pattern send a signal to brain which slow the heart rate and promote feeling of calm.
Many things like depression, anxiety are caused by stress harmones. When we take proper slow and steady breath, our brain gets a message that all is going well and it activates the calmness in our body. So if we take breathe properly mind will calm down very soon.
That's why I stated this topic name as Breath and relax. We all going through different type of work in our daily day so we forgot to take proper breathing. So I urge you to sit down and take a long deep breath and do this in slow rate as you do this for a minute you'll sense a feel of extreme calmness and feel better.
When someone feels better they works better so always be in the moment and breath properly.
