Different Fields Different Grasshoppers
Different River Different Fish
Different countries have Different customs
The breakfast menu is also different.
It is a habit for Indonesians if you don't have something spicy for breakfast it won't taste good.
This morning I will make "Mlanding" chili sauce which I think is weird but even though it's weird I'll still try it.
Incidentally it's Mlanding season in Bekasi so I can pick as much as I want and don't need to ask anyone for permission because Mlanding is a wild plant that doesn't have a grower. Usually Mlanding trees are planted only for yard boundaries and in Indonesia Mlanding is not commercialized in the free market.
Yesterday afternoon I deliberately picked a bunch of Mlanding at my selling location, let's just execute the fruit or seeds!
To get Mlanding seeds we have to first open the long and stiff skin. Mlanding seeds or Mlanding fruit are flat in shape small in size and shiny green in color. Maybe because it smells like "petai" that's why the name mlanding is also called Chinese petai, but don't worry, I have a solution if you ask in my comments column.
Ok bro, let's move on to the next tutorial, to make Sambal Mlanding we need a handful of Mlanding, chili, garlic and salt.
First, we puree the chili garlic and salt until smooth after we feel it is smooth.
We continue by mixing Mlanding into the regular chili earlier. See now that the Mlanding sauce is finished hopefully it will increase my appetite.
I made Sambal Mlanding this morning as a complement to the fried eggs on my plate it's good enough to reduce my living expenses.
You are curious please try this cheap from the ingredients as they are.
Thank you for reading and have a better day.
