HBit Mining

This will be my HiveBits Mining Post. What does that mean?
On January 1st 2022 a new token was introduced by Hive account@crrdlx, called HiveBit. Similar to Bitcoin it was mined but the proof of work was re-imagined as proof of comment. Simply reply to anyone with the !HBit command and 0.9 Hbit were sent to your wallet and 0.1 to the account you replied to.

This was possible once a day.

Since September 10th it doesn't work that way anymore. You can only mine HiveBits by replying to your own post or comment.

Of course there was a notice ahead of time in every comment the bot left behind and as always I was pushing the deadline until it was gone and now in the rear view mirror.

So now I finally found the time to set up this post to work as my HiveBits mine. That means once per day I can leave a comment with the !HBit command in it and recieve a full HBit.

Since this is now my own little mine I can experiment with it a little bit and maybe find out if the "once per day" rule means a 24 hour cooldown or if it is connected to once per day UTC. That would mean I can post at 3pm one day and 6am the next day even though 24 hours are not up yet but would have to wait until the next day again.

I guess you see were I'm going with this.

So let the mining begin.
