"When I was in my years of university studies, I longed to finish my degree and at the same time I wanted a job in a company. I wanted to be part of the usual, at that time my mind already wanted to be an" employee ". After stumbling and not getting a formal job, I came across the "freelance" modality; it was a big change in general. And with the passage of time I became a freelance content creator, where I assume that the latter has a lot to do with entrepreneurship. an enterprise driven by our lyrics, by our passion...Here, I learned that my income is based on my dedication, there is no minimum or maximum salary; it's just me creating and growing.
Blessed and narrow world, where there is a piece for everyone..."
Entrepreneurship is not always easy, many times you put yourself in a meeting with the pillow and questions begin to arise such as:
What if it doesn't go well for me?
What if other people don't like it?
What if I just waste my time?
Let me tell you, there is nothing worse than what you don't try. It then keeps you in the feeling of doubt and living what happened. Besides, living "what people think" is not the best option either. The people we surround ourselves with are not always supportive of new ideas, because many live by the subdued standards of waiting for a fortnight. So, surrounding yourself with people who bring magic to life and believe in what is possible is very beneficial if entrepreneurship is what you want.
Breaking subject standards in the employee mindset:
When you are an employee, you can see the payment of a fortnight as a synonym of stability and economic security. That's when you become conformist and put limits on your income. If you want to be an entrepreneur, then you should let go of that and think that earnings are unlimited and based on your hands and effort.
Working as an entrepreneur is no longer working. Because when you start, you usually do what you love and really like. That is, you monetize what makes you happy. You put aside the activities you do in an office and just trying to keep yourself "busy and productive." Because by working on what you don't like, you're not really productive and you drain your energy.
Replace "boss with customers". You are your own boss, there is no room for another boss and you just have to start looking for the clients that will boost your business. As the boss, it is you who decides the working hours, new investments, innovative ideas to implement, growth, among others, and numerous contexts.
Surround yourself with visionaries and delegate work and knowledge. It happens that many times we are perfectionists and we are afraid of delegating activities to someone else. This is a mistake, because doing a healthy distribution of work will allow your business to grow and at the same time, it will relieve you of a bit of so much stress that leads you to lead the baton alone. So learn to properly delegate activities to others who can do the job properly.
That the money works for you, and not you for the money. At this point, you must learn to make the investments and know at the same time that for your business to grow, you must invest in it. Putting money to work for you.
Do not fear fears, promote changes. Being an entrepreneur, you will never find the easy paths, because you will be the one who builds them. You must fight the battles against fears and come out the victor, liberate paradigms of excess continuity and experiment with new tonic; there you will find the right and necessary one for you and your business.
Losing the roles of "employee mentality" is something that is achieved little by little. There are many things to let go of, attitudes to foster, and decisions to think about. It is not an easy journey, but it is the best option if you want to grow.
"If you love what you do, then it is never work; it is happiness and satisfaction itself..."
Live, Dream and Build!
