How far is too far? When do you think you should stop? I can't tell you. You already have the things you want to achieve laid out. Do you stop when you get to the end?
If I wanted to talk about seeing the end from the beginning today, I would take a different course. Only, today, I want to talk about not stopping.
You know that position that you get to and you suddenly feel comfortable? Do you forget what it felt like to work hard for the things you wanted? Somehow, you feel, this is the end, you should stop here. What determines when you have to stop? Most instructions and advice answer this by telling you to set definite goals, meet them, and breathe.
I want to ask you, do you know what happens once you get comfortable? I'll tell you. Someone new comes along, with newer punchlines and you are completely forgotten. It happens. I am pretty sure you have witnessed it time and time again.

This is why I am asking you not to relax. One of the pieces of advice my dad gave me when I was small, was to never stop. He said, "I hope that when these young ones get to where you are, you'll be above them". Looking back I have realized he was right. Sticking to an old personality wouldn't have given me much. I would be forgotten and a thing of the past.
This means constantly renewing your tactics is important. Never, never, I repeat, never stick to routines that bore your audience. No, it will be your undoing. Learn to take charge of your appearance and enhance it. Create something out of you that draws attention and keeps your audience wanting more. Work on yourself the way an artist works on his artworks, remold, break the clay and do it again if it's necessary. Don't stop now.
Try not to be caught in the same position you were in the last time, move up the ladder of destiny and success. Define what success means and go for it, make yourself proud.
Hey, , thanks for the comment on dreemsteem post today, it made me remember what I wanted to talk about today, and I almost lost it. The singer is right, we all should be number 1, and we should do all that it takes to be faster, smarter, push harder, than the last time. It's a good way to live every day with high hopes and strong convictions for something better.
