Stars vs. Supermassive black hole

NASA has published a simulation of what happens when different stars meet a supermassive black hole.

The goddard space flight center of NASA has released a video with simulations, what they have done is like throwing mosquitoes against a truck because we are talking about 8 stars in particular against a black hole of one million solar masses.

The simulation at the end depending on the distance and the mass at which the stars were found, it turned out that some were completely crumbled and others were altered although they managed to recover their shape.
